This year has seen both Bronze and Silver Awards completed by pupils.

Twenty eight pupils participated in the Bronze Award and successfully passed assessment on their Gower expedition where pupils had to study the history of the “Little Churches of the Gower” for their project.

A further ten pupils went on to achieve their Silver Award and had their final assessed camp in the Preselis. Their project was to determine “Changes of Land Use in the Areas Surrounding the Llys y Fran Reservoir”.

Well done to all 38 students. This is a fantastic achievement recognising their commitment and dedication.
Many thanks to Mrs G Raistrick for coordinating our DofE groups, Mr J Raistrick, Mrs A Nicholas, Mr N Nicholas and Miss S Atkinson for their most welcome help.
